Hi Everyone! Happy Monday and welcome to Metal week for the Digit-al Dozen. OMG At first when I heard metal I had all these cool ideas and then when it came time to sitting down and working them out they just did not happen! I hate it when that happens too! I mean metal how hard can it be? Trust me when I say it can be very hard! I pulled this sucker out at the list minute and whipped it together and if I do say so myself, it rocks!
Feast your eyes on SPIKE A LICIOUS!
I got a bunch of spikes and studs a while back on ebay so I decided to put as many to good use as I could!
I sort of felt like french tip spikes hadn't been done yet so that's the look I went with
This is a definitely a mani you can't wear pantyhose with!
This here is definitely metal!!!
I love thumbie the best! He reminds me of a dinosaur!
So this baby is totally 100% impractical! I love it though! I had to do this on the weekend because there is no way I was getting through a day a work with these suckers on! LOL!
Let's head over and see if anyone else is as crazy as I am today with their nail art!

A tip for you!
Hi Everyone!!! I've got a tip for you about what to do with all those tip images you get in plate sets. I'm not really a french tip sort of gal but I also feel so guilty when I have plates I don't use! I like to "stack" my tip images over my entire nail so I can get some use out of them. Usually I go over my nail 3 times to get full coverage.
This time I used 2 images from BM218 to create this look!
Lining up on the nail sideways is the easiest way for me to double and triple stamp
I think they look a lot better as a full image rather than a french tip image!
I'm wearing the super gorgeous China Glaze DV8 with this--isn't it stunning?!
This mani is definitely a lot easier to work with LOL! I did wear my spikes all day yesterday but since I had a lot of trouble with them when going to the bathroom I took them off. It wasn't a "wiping" issue at all, it was an issues with trying to pull your pants up and down! I was scratching myself in the process!
Thanks for stopping by!!! I hope you all have a fantastic day!!

The Eye Of The Tiger
Hi Everyone!!!! Today I'm "tipping" some A$$!!!!!! Today's theme for Adventures Of Stamping is french tip. Now since it's stamping and since we all have those pesky french tip images we don't ever use, I took it to mean use one of those ding dang stamping images! I'm sure other gals will stamp and then do a french tip though.
For mine I decided to do a gradient french tip--YES gradient french tip with neons even!!!!
This is a gradient using The Nail Junkie's Orange and Watermelon. These are gorgeous neons with micro and I mean micro holographic shimmer!
I think this turned out quite lovely!
I did put down white first to get the maximum effect out of my neons.
Now here's where the magic happened!
BAZINGA!!!!! Check our this hotness!!!!!!!
My first thought was flames but after I got this image on I really thought it looked more like a tiger. I polled my friends and they agreed!
I used image M62 to create this awesome look!
But of course it was made more awesome by Nail Junkie Orange and Watermelon!!!
I was so excited to get pics taken I didn't even do a great clean up job LOL! I've got glitter all over!
I really think I "tipped" a$$ with this manni!!!! How fun is this for summer??!!!
I can't wait to show the gang over at AIS!
Today mom and I are braving the heat--91 blistering degrees--and going to see Man Of Steel. It's going to be hard not to eat popcorn so I'm going to bring some cheese curds! I've got to think outside the box these days!
Thanks for stopping by!! I hope you all have a great day!
And remember tonight is Super Moon!!! Make sure you check the full moon tonight as it's the closest it will be to Earth this year!!!
