The Digit-al Dozen Does Rainbow--In the dark!

Hi Everyone!  I'm behind this week.  I didn't get home until after 8 pm last night AND I had my first milestone walking day yesterday and I reached 10,000 steps. It just about killed me and that is no lie.  I came home and literally crawled into bed.  I had my day 2 done but there was no way it was getting posted so there is going to be double duty going on with posts LOL

I got these plastic rhinestone like things ages and ages ago and thought about doing a full manicure with them but after doing one finger I said NOPE not happening.  So I went with a rainbow in the dark theme when I paired my accent nail with L A Girl 3D Effects in Black Illusion

It was another hot one today at 87 so I had some nice full on sun to get pics

I walked in the warehouse today since it was so hot and got a few compliments on my rainbow.

Here's the thing that sort of cracks me up I always say I can't see shizz in my glasses and if you look hard enough you can see some fuchsia in with my red LOL

I think no matter what everyone just seems to like and appreciate rainbows

Monkey See, Monkey Do Monday--Wacky Laki!

Hi Everyone!!! Happy Monday!  Today I have a kick ass MSMD mani!  I'm a HUGE lover of Anna's work on Wacky Laki.  She is amazeballs.  I just love her stamping but she has the coolest freehand ideas and STUFF like the mani I did today.

Yes it rocks!

K.I.S.S. and no frenching!

Hi Everyone!  Funny thing happened on the way to turning 50--I have fallen apart!  My 50th birthday was on Tuesday and it seems like everyday after that I am just going downhill!  I've been in bed at 8 pm most nights, last night I was in bed at 7pm--hoping to try to get much needed rest, but instead of feeling better I just feel worse!  This morning my right eye was all swollen for crying out loud!  I've even been too tired for nail art! OH. THE. HORROR!!

I did manage to put this on though and forgot how much something really simple can be beautiful

I followed the K.I.S.S. rule Keep It Simple, Stupid

This is the lovely Zoya Aurora with black rhinestones and an accent nail of black with a purple rhinestone

It really doesn't get much lovelier!

Today I'm off to see the new Die Hard--A Good Day, To Die Hard with my whole family!!!

Let's hope I get a better handle on 50 soon!

Day 3--Gold!

Hi Everyone!  Today puts us at day 3 in the Crumpet Nail Tart's 31 Day Challenge.  At first I didn't really know what to do for this one.  I don't have a lot of gold.  I recently got OPI's The Man With The Golden Gun BUT there was no way I was wasting 24 karat gold on a mani for one day. Hmmmmm what to do what to do?

I thought about hauling out a rim job--I haven't done one of those in a super long time.  I thought about doing some caviar BALLZ then settled on this for my bold gold mani

I went with the unnamed gold Pure Ice I have and WetnWild black creme and some rhinestones

I like how it's bold without really trying if that makes sense

I've been seeing some fantastic mani's done by the group so far how about you?  Let's check out what's in store for tomorrow  . . . 

Pink! hmmm I'll have to get my creative juices flowing.
