Hi Everyone!! Happy Hump Day! I have a lovely mani to show you today and it's from a tutorial I followed from one of my favorite bloggers--Adventures In Acetone. Jacki did this AHmazing criss cross textured striping tape mani awhile ago and I've been doing them ever since! I love it when I can copy something of hers because she is crazy talented and really too hard to copy lol! But a striping tape mani, now we're talking!
I started with a base of Nails Inc Victoria Street and then did my criss cross striping tape and sponged on Zoya Vespa and Kiko 646
I super love, love, LOVE this mani!
Some of you might be tired of the textured nail polishes but not me! I cannot get enough of these babies!
Jacki does a lot of tutorials! She has a Tutorial Tuesday where I first found this tutorial. Make sure you check the link at the top to check it out and look into all her other fab tutorials!!

Fall Flowers!
Hi Everyone!!! Happy Hump Day! Halfway into the week and so far so good. The weekend is coming up fast and it looks like it's going to be mine all mine! If the weather is nice and by nice I mean not cold or rainy we may check out a haunted house.
It's been chilly here. Yesterday morning there was frost on the car in the morning. UG frost on the car means snow is definitely in the near future. I'm going to have to manage my time between manicures and crocheting some wrist warmers, hats, mittens and a blanket LOL. I like the crochet blankets in the Fall and Winter because it keeps you warm as you work on it.
Today I've got a nice and easy mani. The end result is a dramatic without any fuss at all!
I painted most of my nails with Kiko 646 a lovely black and silver textured polish and then did some accents with just black and dried flowers.
I think the flowers look perfect with a black backdrop
Easy nail art but really pretty!
Thanks for stopping by!!! I hope everyone has a great hump day!

Criss Cross
Hi Everyone Happy Friday!!!! Sorry for fallen off there a couple days! Crazy busy at work makes me tired so I come home, eat, and fall into bed! I can give you an update on the car though--I was driving around on a loose freaking tire! OH MY GOD!! I could have died in a fiery crash for sure! Seriously though that's what was wrong with the car. I was expecting a huge cost and my wonderful mechanic charged me $10 to tighten everyone up. I don't know how it happened, it could have been when my BIL was checking my brakes for me. In any case I'm all fixed up and the camera fund money will still be used for a new camera!!! Woot!
Okay so now onto the cool portion of the day-the manicure! I'm wearing a cool textured look today!! I got the idea from a tutorial done by Jacki over at The Adventures In Acetone. All I can say is where was the tutorial when I needed it during Tape Mani week??? LOL!
For my mani I used a Zoya Dove with Zoya Miranda and Kiko 646 sponged over the taping
Miranda is a lovely raspberry!
I just love how cool this looks!!! Thanks Jacki!!!
I'm wearing a franken I made as my non accents--I named this lovely dark grey Shibari MASTER
I just can't get over how much I love these textured polishes!
Please make sure you check out Jacki's awesome and easy, YES I SAID IT--EASY tutorial! You can honestly get something as cool as this!
Thanks for stopping by!!! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Hi Everyone! Today I'm wearing one of the new polishes from SoflaJo's Wet Dreams collection. It's called Not 2Nite I've Got A Haddock and it is SO gorgeous! It's the perfect bronze! I paired it with a Kiko Sugar Mat and some some stamping and really love this look!
I finally used this imaged from Cheeky XL D too! I've been wanting to for a long time!
I'm wearing Not 2Nite I've Got A Haddock on my toes too and it's just such a great bronzey summer polish!
Jody really has done some great colors for this Wet Dreams Collection! I snagged a couple and am going back in for more!!! LOL!
If you're not familiar with SoFlaJo make sure you check out her Etsy store HERE

Juicy Fruit
Hi Everyone!! Oh my gosh last night I had an appointment for 5 more mani's! I had a blast doing them. Someone came all the way from Georgia just to get their nails done by me!!! Okay not really but I'm going to tell people that! My friend Wendy's sister and brother in law are here for a visit from Georgia and last night it was the mother daughter thing going on. Wendy and her daughter, her sister Leslie and her daughter and her sister-in law Theresa and her daughter all had their nails done by me. They are all going to see Wicked today and they were so elated to be going.
Everyone's nails turned out great and it was SO MUCH FUN for me to do!
And I'm happy to report I have a nice wad of cash for a new camera!!! Woot! Woot! Woot!
I managed to raise a whopping $300 for the camera fund. Not sure if I'll spend it all as I am eyeing up some Dashica plates as well, but I should be able to get a nice little point and shoot with what I have. Now I just need to camera shop!
But enough of that!!! Let's get on to the good stuff, which is, of course, the mani!!! Today is the 2nd day of Neon week and I have a fun little mani to show you.
I was running low on time last night as I didn't get home until after 10 pm so I threw this cute little number together!
I love how the sands give you instant nail art!
I used Red Dog Designs Sunny Shores and Kiko Sugar Mat 643 and the tips. All I did was sponge on the Kiko 643 over the Sunny shores. Then I stamped some cute fruit and voila! Fun in the sun!
Here's pics of the mani without flash
And here are some flash pics
This is just so fun and fabulous!
We've got a nice inlinkz code going so let's move on over and see what everyone else has done!!

Leopard A Day Week Day Three!
Hi Everyone!!! Happy Hump Day! Kind of another cold and drearyish (is that even a word???? Spell check says it's not) day here in Wisconsin. Not sure what is up with Mother Nature here at all! That's okay though because I have a hot mani to show you today! I decided to gradient with some sand finishes--OPI What Wizardy Is This and Kiko Sugar Mat 645 and the result is fab!
I find it so hard to capture the true beauty of a sparkly sand with the camera though!
I just love this sand finish polishes don't you???!!!
Never have I seen sandpaper look so glorious LOL!
I stamped using BM221 I'm sure you all it's my fave leopard plate by now!
Here's where we are at so far--3 down only 4 more to go!
Hard to say what my favorite is so far!
Tune in tomorrow for Day 4!!!

Once you go matte . . .
Hi Everyone!! Happy Friday!!! And if you're in the states happy three day weekend woot!!!! I'm going to be doing the faux camping this weekend. Like every Memorial Day Weekend it's not supposed to be warm. So instead of tent camping in the cold and damp we are driving to and from Saturday and Sunday to enjoy all the fun of camping without the misery LOL! Call me a cheater I don't care, I'm old and just don't want to stay over in a cold tent!!
I can't wait though! We are having tacos one night and pulled pork the other!!! OOOOH yummy! I'm in charge of guacamole and Auntie Laurie's noodle salad, and OF COURSE I'm bringing out some polish to do some mani's and pedi's.
Today I have a super lovely mani to show you if I do say so myself! I mixed up some gorgeous matte with a gorgeous textured polish and move over Babs and Judy Garland because a STAR IS BORN!
I used my Kiko 646 from the Kiko Sugar Mat collection and the white is the gorgeous White Sensation from Soflajo!
I super love this white matte!!
I stamped using the lovely (and one of my all time faves) BM323 and DRK-A
I switched it up later with some topcoat!! I love the Kiko with a topcoat almost as much as alone!
Look at all that sparkly goodness!
What do you think? Do you like it better matte or shiny?
Thanks for stopping by!!! I hope you all have a fantastic day!! AND Happy and Safe Memorial Day weekend to my US readers!
