Hi Everyone! Happy Monday. I'm hanging in there today feeling a little better. My knee seems to be less wonky with the help of advil but my neck is still a bit stiff and sore. All in all I think I'm on the mend!
Despite feeling cruddy I managed to nail a water marble tutorial done by the ever popular and super fantastic Colette, of My Simple Little Pleasures
I'm pretty stoked with how this turned out!
I used the gorgeous Every Month Is Oktoberfest by OPI and Essie Lilacism
The most amazing thing about this water marble is every finger worked right the first time!!! I did not have to redo a single nail!
I followed Colette's youtube tutorial found HERE. It never ceases to amaze me when she comes up with all these way cool water marbles!
Countdown to VDay is pretty short lived! Maybe you could give this a try!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all have a fantastic day!
This is so gorgeous.... and after seeing it I spent my entire evening yesterday, 3 freaking hours, trying to do something close... no results. Not even one nail :-(
ReplyDeleteI think you need to cough a little more towards me, maybe i'll catch it too....
LOL I'll try to infect you with my sickness!!!
DeleteThis looks fantastic!!! I haven't tried water marble yet... afraid it will take a while, I'm such an antitalent when it comes to that!!
ReplyDeleteI used to have the hardest time then suddenly I got better, I think you just need to keep trying until you finally get it one day!
DeleteThat is cool! I'm still too intimidated to try water marbling... with my luck, I'll just have water and nail polish spilled everywhere, lol!
ReplyDeleteI definitely had some days like that LOL!
DeleteWow, I've seen Colette's tutorial (which is brilliant), your mani is fantastic!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jazz--I can't believe how easy it was to do, it had to be a miracle!
DeleteColette is Amazing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing these!
I was recently totally agape at your butterfly water marble nail art, and did my own manicure with just greens. Gave you a shout out on my blog post! :D
Thanks JQ!! Let me know what your blog is!!
DeleteWow love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Diana!!
DeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous - wish I could get my marbling to come out that well - this makes me want to try it again. :)
